We stand behind every product we sell. This policy explains our 100% Pure Money-Back Guarantee and how returns and refunds work for food products.

1. 100% Pure Money-Back Guarantee

If you find that any Farm Fresh product is adulterated or not pure as described, we will refund your full payment, including the delivery charge.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (0345-4004868) or email, with your order number and photos or a short video of the product.
  • We may ask you to send back the remaining product or a sample for checking. We pay the return courier cost for guarantee claims.

2. Damaged, leaking or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund for the affected item, as you prefer.

3. Change of mind

Because these are food products, opened or used items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Unopened items with the original seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery; the customer pays the return delivery cost, and we refund the product price once the item reaches us in its original condition.

4. Refund method and timeline

  • Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa (or to the original payment method for online payments).
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.

5. Order cancellation

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled; it can be refused at the door, but repeated refusals of cash-on-delivery orders may mean future orders need advance payment.

6. Complaints

For any complaint, contact us on WhatsApp or email. We reply within 24 hours on working days and aim to resolve every complaint within 7 working days.
