These terms apply to all orders placed on freshfarm.pk, operated by Farm Fresh Pakistan, Ward No. 14 E, Kot Addu, Punjab, Pakistan.

1. Products

Our products are natural and farm-sourced, so colour, texture, taste and crystallisation (for honey) can vary slightly between batches. Product descriptions are for general information only and are not medical advice.

2. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order applies to that order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once we accept it and confirm by WhatsApp, SMS or email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown in error, or delivery details cannot be confirmed; any payment made will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer, and online payments where available at checkout.

5. Delivery

6. Returns, refunds and guarantee

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Please check product ingredients if you have food allergies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
